These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", or "your") and May Locvinh ("May Locvinh", "Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of our proprietary websites, algorithmic trading interfaces, technical systems, and informational resources (collectively, the "Services").

By registering an account, connecting software keys, or otherwise utilizing any element of the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and consented to these Terms in full. If you do not accept these Terms without reservation, you must immediately terminate your use of the Platform.

2. Eligibility and Jurisdiction

Access to May Locvinh is restricted to natural persons who are at least eighteen (18) years of age and possess full legal capacity under applicable laws, or duly organized corporate bodies. The Services are not intended for use in jurisdictions where automated trading, cryptocurrency derivative activities, or digital asset services are restricted or contrary to local law or regulatory decrees.

It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of our software complies with all laws, rules, tax obligations, and regulations applicable within your domestic residence or domicile, including compliance with relevant financial authorities in the United Kingdom.

3. Nature of the Services & Technology

May Locvinh provides computational architecture, algorithmic signaling software, analytical data streams, and automated market execution protocols engineered for digital-asset pairs and CFD interfaces. We are an infrastructure and financial technology provider.

May Locvinh does not operate as an authorized investment bank, deposit-taking institution, discretionary asset manager, or registered financial adviser. The information, technical parameters, and automated configurations made available through the Services do not constitute tailored financial, legal, tax, or investment advice. You remain solely responsible for configuring trading parameters, setting leverage boundaries, and evaluating the suitability of any executed transaction.

4. Account Verification & Security

To access certain functions of the Platform, you may be required to undergo verification procedures administered by us or our affiliated, regulated execution partners. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, truthful, and updated identity details during onboarding;
• Maintain strict confidentiality over all account credentials, authentication tokens, and private API keys;
• Promptly inform our technical support desk of any unauthorized credential access or security breach;
• Accept comprehensive liability for all orders, trade executions, and software commands dispatched through your authenticated account.

5. Prohibited Uses

Users shall not engage in abusive, deceptive, or harmful behaviors when interacting with the Platform. Specifically, you agree not to:

• Circumvent, decompile, reverse engineer, or extract proprietary algorithmic logic and source code;
• Use the Platform to perform market manipulation, wash trading, spoofing, or illegal cross-venue arbitrage;
• Introduce malicious code, Trojan horses, or automated scrapers that burden server stability;
• Facilitate money laundering, terrorist financing, sanctions evasion, or other financial crimes.

6. Third-Party Brokers & Execution Venues

Execution of market trades triggered by May Locvinh's algorithms relies on integrations with independent liquidity providers, centralized exchanges, and brokerage venues. May Locvinh exercises no direct custody over customer fiat currency or underlying trading balances. We bear no liability for operational interruptions, insolvency, account freezes, or execution latency originating from third-party brokerages.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights associated with May Locvinh, including software engines, interface designs, trade secrets, logos, analytical formulas, and documentation, are the exclusive property of May Locvinh or its licensors. You are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the Platform solely for lawful personal or internal business operations.

8. Limitation of Liability & Indemnification

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable law, May Locvinh, its directors, developers, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, punitive, or loss-of-profit damages arising from system downtimes, market slippage, algorithm error, or loss of digital capital. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless May Locvinh against any claims, losses, or legal expenses arising from your violation of these Terms.

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or controversy arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
